Abstract
Carcinoma of gallbladder (CaGB) is a highly malignant tumor and it is usually diagnosed in the late stage in the majority of patients. The main site of metastasis is liver, as it lies adjacent to gallbladder and mesenteric lymph nodes through lymphatics. Extra-abdominal metastasis is quite rare with bone marrow being the least involved site. Here, we report a case of pancytopenia secondary to bone marrow metastasis from CaGB.

Key words: Carcinoma GB; Metastasis; Pancytopenia
